  • Mengembangkan jaringan dengan cara merekrut Agent/Freelancer yang dapat membantu dalam memasarkan produk BFI.
  • Membina dan membantu Agent untuk mengembangkan strategi, guna meningkatkan kontribusi, produktivitas, dan loyalitas Agent.
  • Menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan para Agent, sehingga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas Agent yang sudah di rekrut.
  • Melaksanakan rencana kerja yang telah ditetapkan dan membuat laporan progres serta hasil pelaksanaan aktivitas harian.

Requirements

  • Pria / Wanita Pendidikan minimal D3 segala jurusan
  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Good Communication
  • Menyukai pekerjaan dengan target
  • Memiliki komitmen integritas yang baik
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM C aktif
  • Sudah Vaksin minimal dosis 2
  • Domisili Kota Pasuruan & Probolinggo

Established in 1982 as a joint venture with Manufacturer Hanover Leasing Corporation, United States, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. (BFI) is one of the oldest finance company in Indonesia. In 1986, PT Bank Umum Nasional and Essompark Ltd., Hong Kong, took over ownership of the Manufacturer Hanover Leasing Corporation in the Company. In 1990, the Company changed the operating license to carry on business finance and renamed PT Bunas Finance Indonesia. In the same year the company changed its status to a public company after listing its shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) and Surabaya Stock Exchange (BES). BFI is one of the first finance company became a public company in 1990.
