Key Responsibilities:
- Modelling and rendering based on concept and working drawing from Interior Designer and Design Principal
Provide and apply design options and vetting them thoroughly while actively engaging with the project team- To create and manage an easy-to-navigate 3D asset library
As needed, assist project teams as an Architect / Architectural Designer
Deliver work ontime and according to schedule- Understanding Global illumination , Background Illumination , texturing and modeling
A proactive communicator, willing to give and receive constructive feedback Executing tasks assigned to them by Head of Design or Architectural Management
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design degree from an accredited program
Proficient in 3D modeling, rendering, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, 3ds Max, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Corona Render
- Experience with VR walk-throughs and setups a plus
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.- 2+ years of professional experience in related field
Possess strong technical skills and ability to learn new software/techniques
