Job Description:
Responsible for day-to-day delivery operations to ensure timeliness
Do the reminder pickup to 3PL.
Provide the undelivery report for Users.
Analyse the shipping fee discrepancy 3PL.
Monitoring the claim submissions to 3PL.
Monitoring the claim disbursement to Users.
Work closely with the Sales & Customer Service team to solve the User issues.
Assists Supervisor in other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
The Diploma or Bachelor Degree required.
At least 1 year relevant work experience in logistics
Good communication skills.
Basic English skill.
