Pulse 63 Healthcare Ventures is seeking an Accelerator Lead, to play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our accelerator model, called Co-build. You'll serve as an integral link between the startup ventures and our ecosystem. Your multifaceted responsibilities will span partnering with entrepreneurs, to manage accelerator operations, and to strategically guide marketing, sales, product and stakeholder management efforts to ensure the success and sustainability of our ventures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute strategies for each venture, focusing on startup growth, investment readiness, and market penetration.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to startups in refining their business models, enhancing their sales and marketing strategies, and cultivating stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee daily operations, including market development, activations, and stakeholder engagements, with a keen eye on marketing and sales alignment.
- Serve as an institutional co-founder, bridging the gap between startup ventures and the market opportunity, through a market-led growth approach.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies for promoting startup ventures, securing partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with investors, industry experts, and corporate partners to expand networking opportunities and support ecosystem growth.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of accelerator programs and initiatives, implementing improvements to ensure alignment with startup and institutional objectives.
- Lead and inspire a shared team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across all functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6-8 years of professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the startup ecosystem, with a proven track record in accelerators, venture builders, or high-growth startups.
- Previous experience as a founder is not mandatory, but is an advantage
- Strong expertise in business management and stakeholder management, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and partnership development.
- Robust network within the venture capital and startup communities, coupled with a deep understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and communication skills, essential for guiding entrepreneurs and leading cross-functional teams, in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, General Management, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree in Business is advantageous.
