As a Health Economics and Outcome Research Specialist, you should deliver access to our innovative drugs for more patients for better outcomes faster, by providing pricing strategy, health economics and outcomes research, economic modelling, monitoring and evaluation of key initiatives and other relevant analyses, in accordance with Roche policies & procedures, principles, governing legislation and regulations, which can be used to quantify the value of Roche Pharma products in economic and societal terms
The Opportunity
Develops goals, strategy and key initiatives for reimbursement by working with cross functional team to ensure better patient access
Analyzes the needs of evidence for reimbursement, lead evidence development initiatives and manages projects (e.g. health economics projects) to generate evidence to demonstrate the clinical and economical benefits of our products to support value propositions for new or existing products
Develop monitoring and evaluation strategy of key initiatives for evidence generation
Provides pricing insights and inputs to therapeutics areas team for development of therapeutic areas strategy.
Acts as single point of contact with global pricing team, oversight pricing governance
Manage system (resource and implement new pricing tools and processes, build in alert to notify team if any changes)
Enliven patient-centric mindset on a daily basis
Who you are
You should hold a Degree in health economics, public health, mathematics, statistics or related fields and have at least 5 years experience in a market access role in the medical or pharmaceutical industry and/or health consultancy or related field
You should have experience in building economic & financial models in the Indonesia market context in support of market access initiative and developing submissions for the national formulary
You should have knowledge and experience working with modelling software
