Acclimatization Operator

1. Determining criteria and selecting plants that are ready to be removed from acclimatization to preconditioning or estates or estate of PT SMART
2. Ensure all purchases for acclimatization need within budget
3. Review the schedule and amounts for the expenditure of the ramet to the Dept. Head
4. Ensure all activities in Acclimatization run according to procedure
5. To supervise and coordinate the procurement of tools and materials
6. Carry out Green House (acclimatization), pre-nursery-data collection
7. Supervising in-out ramet flow
8. Supervise the discard ramet and reject and destruction of the ramet
9. Make decisions and provide quick and precise responses to any problems that require input and implement good coordination of work for the achievement of customer satisfaction (internal and external).
10. Within the scope of its staffs to increase and be responsible for the profitability of the company.
11. Plan, develop and empower existing human resources and anticipate the needs of human resources (new blood, if required) in the ranks on an ongoing basis.
