Job Overview / Summary:You will be responsible for supporting the accounting and finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and performing general accounting tasks. You will work closely with the Accounts Officer to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate financial records, including filing and organizing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.- Monitor and maintain inventory records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of stock levels and movements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Participate in the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, including filing of GST, SST, and corporate tax returns.- Handling duties such as prepare payment voucher, processing claims, petty cash, bank bulk transaction, make payment via online banking, issuing invoices and receipts.
Maintain complete filing system and general administrative tasks to support financial records.
- Perform accounting and clerical functions to support superior in month and year end close.
