Job Descriptions:- Manage the Companys full set of accounts with minimal supervision.
Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department, timely and accurate accounting data entries into the Companys accounting software, including preparing the Companys payment voucher and issuing payments after receiving authorization from the Management.- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for management review.
- Sorting, filing and matching accounting documents (PO, DO, Inv, Voucher)
Assist the team to follow-up and update the latest E-Invoice implementation.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or equivalent. A professional qualification (ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA and CIMA) will be an added advantage.- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Possess extensive knowledge of accounting guidelines, SQL Systems, E-Invoice and Bank knowledge such as BA (Bankers acceptance).
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and document preparation.- Able to work under pressure.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (will be an added advantage)
