Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, managing expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.
Oversee the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, OOH, and digital marketing.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of account managers and executives to ensure effective campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Develop and present creative marketing strategies to clients, aligning with their business goals and objectives.
Manage and oversee large billing accounts, ensuring financial accuracy and maximizing client investment in campaigns.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in an account management role, preferably in a 360 marketing agency.
Proven track record of leading successful multi-channel marketing campaigns for diverse clients.
Strong experience in handling large billing accounts and financial management of campaigns.
Preferably experienced in both brand-side and agency environments, with an understanding of both perspectives.
Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and event-based marketing.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in strategic planning and the ability to translate client objectives into actionable marketing plans.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
