Artmosphere Design is a dynamic branding & design agency seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our team. The primary role of the Account Executive is to drive client acquisition and foster long-term relationships with our existing clients. You will play a key part in the growth of our business by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored design solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the creative and project management teams to ensure client needs are understood and met effectively.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Manage the negotiation and closing process of new deals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales targets, client interactions, and business development activities.
- Ensure client satisfaction by acting as the main point of contact for any questions, issues, or project updates.
- Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to provide strategic input for future business development.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role, preferably in a design or creative industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Knowledge of branding, graphic design, or related fields is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
