Job Description

Job Overview / Summary:

You will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You will provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and lead a team of financial professionals to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Job Description:
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and inventory accounting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
  • Provide financial insights to senior management, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Lead the development and implementation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions, negotiating terms and fees as needed.
Manage cash flow, including monitoring and forecasting cash balances, managing investments, and preparing cash flow projections.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Manage the year-end audit process and work with external auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
  • Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations and roll out reconciliation procedures.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
  • Lead a team of accounting professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM8,000.00 per month
