Must be detail-oriented, precise, type quick- Creative, Pleasant personality, Good interpersonal skill, Communicative and friendly.
Advance communication skill in English is a must
- Basic understanding on Graphics software such as Photoshop, Illustrator is a major advantage
Common knowledge and operating on Windows and Android ecosystem, Microsoft Office & Google Docs- Preferrend previous experience in Advertising/ PR/ Mass Media/ Media Communication
Ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines
Coordinating client's brief from start to finish, starting from : design, order, payment, timeline & delivery.
- Handling brief distribution to internal designer & production team
* Supervising, Quality Control, making sure end-product is in-line with client's brief
- Administrative reporting, follow-ups & maintaning relations with existing/ future clients
