Summary:
This position will be expected to identify potential distribution partners and how ADB can partner up further with those distribution partners. This role will require 50% of working time to face distribution partners and typically from travel & tourism industry, but may expand later to lifestyle partners. He/she will be expected to have sales skillset with excellent communication, negotiation skill, and great logical thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Identify leads and acquire Indonesia travel & tourism players and leverage partners, industry and data-backed insights.
- Upsell and cross-sell ADB products to achieve revenue goals and outserve ADB distribution partners in travel & tourism sector.
- Prospect, build and maintain a strong pipeline of deals, and actively track performance against the given distribution partner acquisition and sales target.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop solutions that best address consumer needs while simultaneously meeting performance objectives.
- Present plans based upon data driven insights to establish revenue goals and business plans that advance the partner's performance while also working on new lifestyle initiatives and launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with 2 years experience with proven track record of managing and growing client/ partner accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to understand and analyze simple business data to influence decisions.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Proficient in English (Speaking, Reading & Writing).
