About Us

Chaoyu Expo Indonesia is a leading organizer of international B2B exhibitions in Indonesia. We are committed to connecting businesses and fostering global trade through our world-class events, including IBTE Indonesia, IGHE Indonesia, and IEAE Indonesia.

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive / Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in acquiring local and international companies to become exhibitors, contributing to the success of our exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential exhibitors across various industries in Indonesia and internationally.
  • Client Outreach: Contact decision-makers (PICs) through email, phone, LinkedIn, or in-person meetings to present our exhibition opportunities.
  • Sales Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of exhibitors, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Presentation & Negotiation: Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate contracts that align with company objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position Chaoyu Expo as the premier exhibition platform.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat participation in future events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support client needs and ensure smooth execution of events.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in exhibitions, trade shows, or B2B industries).
Skills:
  • Strong ability to find and engage the right PIC within target companies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
