Your Role: Account Executive - Listing Business
What You'll Be Doing:
- To drive agents and meet Individual target (number of agents and sales value IDR)
- Create a target list for each day & weekly & monthly
- Generate sales opportunities with absolute focus on selling product Rumah123.com
- Visiting clients to do presentation and pushing sales number
- Follow up clients through call and chat everyday
- Building good professional relationship with Principal, admin, and agents from clients all office
What We're Looking For:
- Proven work experience in a Business Development, Sales, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including canvassing, cold calls)
- Have previous experience in sales for handling B2C and B2B accounts would be an advantage
- Have a good sales track record of achieving sales target
- Familiarity with Google Apps (Sheets, Slides, Meet) and MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
