Job Description

Task Descriptions

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate effective sales strategies to exceed established targets.
  • Proactive Planning and Execution: Plan and implement actions proactively to achieve goals.
  • Lead Qualification: Receive and qualify leads from Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure their readiness for the sales process.
  • Tailored Presentations: Deliver presentations that align with the specific needs of clients.
  • Price Negotiation: Handle price negotiations within the established framework.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify Additional Sales Opportunities: Discover additional sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account status and achievements, while conducting analyses to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented, and persistent work environment.
