Job Description

Role Overview:

As an Account Executive, you will manage inbound leads, working to convert them into paying customers while maintaining strong relationships. Your ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage the full sales process will drive long-term growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Lead Conversion: Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales using calls and WhatsApp as primary communication channels.
  • Storytelling: Employ storytelling techniques to connect product benefits to customer needs.
  • Engagement Techniques: Use communication skills to keep customers engaged and drive them toward closing the sale.
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure smooth sales operations by tracking leads and moving them through the pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Relationship Building: Build strong, lasting relationships by listening to customers needs and tailoring solutions to their challenges.
  • Empathy & Trust: Display empathy and understanding in every customer interaction to foster trust and satisfaction.
  • Profiling Customers: Use a curious mindset to profile and better understand customers, helping to shape effective sales strategies.

Process Management:

  • Sales Process Execution: Oversee the sales process from lead engagement to completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work with our internal operations team to ensure that customer applications are processed smoothly.
  • CRM Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM to manage the sales process effectively.

Requirements:

  • Customer-Focused: Strong ability to understand and respond to customer needs, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Experience: 2 years in sales in the hospitality industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with proficiency in storytelling and persuasion.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems for tracking and managing customer data.
  • Goal-Oriented: A proven record of meeting and exceeding sales and customer acquisition targets.
