About The Role
As an Account Executive, you will lead the sales and implementation of Liven's full-stack technology solutions in Jakarta and surrounding areas. You will focus on Point of Sale (POS), loyalty solutions, and digital ordering systems, working with restaurants, cafes, and shopping malls. The role requires a hands-on approach to sales, client support, and solution implementation, making it ideal for motivated professionals with experience in F&B or retail technology.
What You'll Do
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales of Liven's full-stack technology solutions to restaurants, cafes, and other F&B establishments in Jakarta.
- Target enterprise customers, including shopping malls, for Liven Loyalty solutions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts or territory.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and effective deal closures.
- Client Consultation & Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
- Provide expert consultation, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Technology Implementation & Support
- Coordinate installation and onboarding of Liven's technology solutions (hardware and software).
- Train and onboard client staff to ensure successful adoption.
- Provide on-ground support and troubleshoot issues for existing merchants, including large shopping malls.
- Market Insights & Collaboration
- Stay informed about market trends in F&B technology to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Work closely with internal teams, including technical and product teams, to deliver seamless client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, particularly in F&B or retail technology, with a preference for candidates experienced in POS and enterprise sales.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with F&B or retail technology systems, including sales, installation, or support.
- Strong understanding of the Jakarta and BSD City markets with an established network.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer networking is a plus.
- Proximity to Jakarta or BSD City, with a willingness to travel as needed.
