Account Executive - (Management Development Program)
KBRU hiring! KBRU is currently recruiting Account Executive (Managemenr Development Program) to join our team in Surabaya Branch
Manage the operation and day-to-day activities of your assigned clients with the objective of retaining and developing business that is in line with the business unit goals.
Engage with clients actively by maintaining and developing client relationship together with your Manager and relevant team members to achieve team goals
Focus on client needs by developing and implementing short-term and long-term objectives, strategies, and initiatives in line with clients benefit philosophy and company goals.
Ensure all commitment deliverables throughout the client journey and monitor the progress of compliance requirement, document completion, premium payment, regular reports submission, client visits, and other requirements and best practices.
Achieve and measure financial objective of required retention, roll-over, and expanded business from your portfolio.
Additional Responsibilities
Performing other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by your Manager
Maintaining a continual professional development standard through KBRU programs and any other industry driven licensing or educational requirements
Requirements
Fresh Graduated or Experienced
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to work with all levels within an organization and business partners (active listening, purposeful communication & flexibility) with a good command of the English language
Able to prioritize and organize work with good time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Ability to deliver under pressure in a high intensity and fast paced multinational environment
