Job Description
1) Manage, maintain, and analyze all creative deliverables.
- Receiving creative briefs from all stakeholders
- Distributing briefs to the creative team
- First preview and feedback on visuals.
- Delivering all visuals to the requester.
- Iterate visualizations (on request) from stakeholders.
2) Assisting key stakeholders with creative placement
- Monitor the delivery of editorial plans from the Senior Copywriter (Social).

3) Work prioritization
- Prioritize the creative requests of all stakeholders.
4) Coordinate work deliverables with partners (communities or KOL).
- Exploring, identifying, and securing strategic partnerships with relevant external partners.
- Liaise with partners on deliverables (creative or activation).
5) Activations monitoring performance
- Monitor activation performances across regions, including budget spent, result (leads/traffics), overall effectiveness, and manpower allocations.
- Evaluate and improve in workflow and timeline, creativity and communications, placement channels, and timeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or similar
- Minimum 34 years experience in the same positions
- Strong understanding in Account handling, account management, creative production and processes
- Great command in English, huge plus if you have any of the following: minimum Level B2 (CEFR) or IELTS minimum of 7 or TOEFL 500
- Strategic thinking in Marketing and communications across medias
