Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop supplier acquisition strategies that include identifying potential acquisition targets, assessing them, and executing the acquisitions.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of potential supplier acquisition targets, including assessing feasibility and its impact on the company.
• Manage the contract negotiation process with supplier acquisition targets, including pricing and deal terms.
• Responsible for the integration process of acquired companies into the existing organization.

Role Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is often expected. A master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong experience in managing the acquisition process and evaluating acquisition targets.
• Profound financial analysis skills to assess acquisition potential and understand its impact on the company.
• Good negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with acquisition targets and internal stakeholders.
