Main Responsibilities:
Maintain client renewal & expansion under partnership
Job Description:
- Assist recap of expiring client
- Assist maintain client renewal rate
- Assist on promote expansion to partners client
- Assist on looking for outbound leads
Requirements:
- Having past experience in Business Development or Lead Generation is preferable
- Having an agile undestanding of SaaS Industry
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills
- Has the ability to build relationships & collaborate with others
- Able to learn fast and is eager to learn
- Proficiency in processing data using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
