Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned existing clients in the logistics sector.

- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, including retention rates, revenue growth, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
