Role Description

We are currently seeking an Account Manager (Balikpapan) to join our team in Balikpapan Branch. This is a full-time, on-site role. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing them with tailored logistics solutions. You will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics operations for your assigned accounts, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of goods, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in account management or customer relationship management, experienced in Logistics Industries is preferably
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Sound knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
