You will join us as a contractor in the Account Management team

CACTUS is currently looking to add self-motivated, entrepreneurial members to its Account Management team. The Contractor, Account Manager will be responsible for being the bridge between the customer and CACTUS. They will also be responsible for understanding the customer's requirements and providing them with suitable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in managing ongoing projects.
- Handle client queries in business Japanese, translating and updating internal teams in English for seamless communication.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored service options.
- Prepare service quotations and manage timely invoice submissions according to contracts.
- Accurately understand and convey customer expectations to the team, mitigating risks and miscommunications.
- Identify and implement improvements in services, processes, and systems.
Qualifications and Prerequisites
- A minimum of 1 year business experience in a client facing role in sales or client services
- Experience working in Life Sciences domain
- MS Office excellent experience in Word and Excel
- Good communication and organization skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements
