Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Lincah.id - PT. Republik Azero Management located in Bantul. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing exceptional customer service. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, resolving client issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
