Overseeing and developing the Account Executive staff under you.
Providing guidance, direction, and motivation to the team to achieve set targets.
Performing routine performance evaluations, giving constructive feedback, and identifying development opportunities for team members.
Coordinating with internal departments, including creative, media, and digital teams, to ensure seamless collaboration in delivering quality services to clients.
Observing and facilitating collaboration between the Account Executive team and other teams in planning and executing integrated campaigns.
Identifying training needs and development opportunities for the Account Executive team and coordinating relevant training.
Providing guidance and coaching to team members regarding understanding marketing strategies, improving sales skills, and understanding products/clients.
Assisting the Account Executive team in overcoming challenges and obstacles that may arise during project implementation.
Encouraging the team to develop creative and innovative solutions to resolve potential issues.
Staying current with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and new technologies.
Attending industry events, conferences, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
Proven work experience as an Account Manager / Senior Account Executive / relevant role in Creative Agency (is a must)
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Budgeting principles and customer service practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
