Day to day you'll be:
Achieve the individual target set by the company on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Establish, develop, and maintain the business relationship with a given portfolio of clients or prospects in the assigned industry.
Build a strong pipeline and generate new opportunities.
Develop clear and effective written proposals/ quotations for existing clients and prospects.
Develop a stronger knowledge of the assigned Industry as well as the potential market.
Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, and trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with other departments.
Possess a clear strategy and individual tactics in order to ensure strong market penetration, account coverage, development, and enhancement.
Meet with related departments regularly to resolve clients issues in order to enhance client satisfaction and to ensure that annual BV and revenue goals are achieved.
Prepare and submit reports as required by the Company.
Well be even more excited if youre:
Bachelor's degree in any field from a credible college/university
Minimum 5 (five) years of sales experience in B2B Sales
Proven track record in achieving sales targets/high performer
Hunter attitude is a MUST
Must have a good network with procurement or decision-makers
Good communication skills and great skills (presentation, probing & negotiation skills both verbal & written - English & Bahasa)
Excellence interpersonal skills
Independent but also a good team player, proactive, influencing & persistent
Comfortable with deadlines and targets (objective-driven)
Has integrity & good reporting skill
Good time management & planning skills
