Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-sized to large accounts independently.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales targets and enhance client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations, product development) to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, account reviews, and sales forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 year of sales experience (Prior experience in manages accounts).
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
  • Able to manage multiple accounts independently.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and client needs
