Our team is a leading IT solutions provider in Jakarta, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in the entire sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals and ensuring successful project execution.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.- Partner with internal teams (technical, design) to develop customized solutions for client needs.
Act as a trusted advisor, identifying business opportunities and aligning client requirements with our offerings.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and analyze account data, generate reports, and prepare sales forecasts.
Bachelor's degree in any major.- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with software or CRM solutions.
Fluent written and spoken English.
- A background in presales, functional, technical consulting, or software solutions is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
