As an Account Manager, you will play a substantial role in developing RTB House position on RTB/Online Advertising Market in the SEA Region; Take ownership of your clients campaigns and build strong relationships with them by optimizing the performance of the campaigns.
What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of campaigns for existing and new clients, maximizing target goals and results;
- Establish regular communications via telephone, messages, or email, in line with company standards and processes;
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
- Advocate customer success and maintain long-term relationships with clients;
- Monitor, optimize & report on campaign performance to advertisers at scale. Analyze advertising campaign metrics and manage the day to day relationship with clients to ensure we are hitting their campaign goals;
- Ensure timely payments for our services;
- Create remarketing strategies in the marketplace, retail, classifieds, and travel industries based on data analysis, your own creativity, and your understanding of the digital marketing landscape;
- Working closely with the technical department and other members of the team regarding delivering campaign goals;
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Strong 3-5 year track record of success driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and management;
- Fluency in Bahasa (both speaking and writing) is essential, as this role involves regular interaction with customers in Indonesia. Proficiency in English is also required;
- Customer-centric, consultative sales style focused on listening to the client's initiatives and metrics for success;
- Ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast-paced, multitasking, dynamic team environment;
- Strong analytical, Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to identify and flag statistical trends to drive added value conversations with clients;
- Good knowledge of display, remarketing, and full-funnel initiatives preferred, as well as analytics tools;
- Strong connections with clients and agencies in the market preferred;
- High attention to details and well-organized;
- Open-minded, very flexible and positive.
