This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for :
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
- Coordinate with various teams so that the customers expectations are met.
- Continue their assessment of a clients needs and business objectives.
- Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives.
- Help management with company-wide strategic planning.
- Upsell a companys services and solutions.
- Manage a clients projects from beginning to end.
- Take a clients requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements
Qualifications:
- Hold a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent from a reputable university.
- Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
- Excellent people skills and intuitive to customers business needs.
- Calmly deal with customer complaints and issues.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Basic accounting and/or technical knowledge, tech-savvy
