Position: Account Manager - Architectural and Design Consultants

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Tuscany Marbles. This role is pivotal in driving our relationships with architectural and design consultants, ensuring the seamless integration of our marble and natural stone products into their clients projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and project management within the design and construction industries, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

What You Will Do:

Sales and Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of our products to effectively present and sell to clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for architectural and design consultants, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Drive the promotion and sales of Tuscany Marbles products to current and potential clients in the luxury residential and commercial markets.
  • Achieve sales targets by managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer loyalty.

Project Coordination:

  • Oversee the execution of client projects from initial consultation through to completion, ensuring all specifications and client expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure clients have access to necessary marketing materials, including samples, brochures, and product displays.
  • Manage client relationships by resolving issues, providing pricing quotes, and scheduling regular visits.
  • Elevate our market presence by increasing the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials within your territory.

Business Strategy and Intelligence:

  • Prepare and execute action plans to target specific accounts and project the number of client contacts required to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with Tuscany Marbles management team to develop and implement business strategies that align with market trends and client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging design practices to better serve our clients.

What You Need to Succeed:

Professional Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or project management within the architectural, design, or building materials industries.
  • Proven ability to interact with multiple levels within commercial industry projects.

Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of the design and construction process, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the natural stone or building materials industry is highly preferred.

Educational Background:

  • Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Desired: Bachelors degree in Business, Design, Architecture, or a related field.
