Job Description

Job Role:

Manage and nurture relationships with assigned channel partners. You'll be the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring partner satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Identify potential new growth opportunities with the existing partners
Provide product knowledge and support to partners.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Assist in developing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Understanding of IT products and services, familiarity with the company's product line, and knowledge of the IT distribution industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management.
