l Managing company general administrative activities.
l Answer phones and greet visitors
l Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
l Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
l Collate and distribute mail
l Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
l Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
l Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
l Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
Have knowledge or familiar with SQL system.
Have knowledge with basic accounting especially on GL and preparing report for management.
