Perform the financial operations of payment processing, accounting, and reporting in multiple countries
Maintain records (physical and digital) and ledgers according to company and statutory requirement
Compile financial statements, government reporting, including tax, financial statements, audits, and statutory filings of multiple legal entities with minimal supervision
Analyze and identify potential areas of concerns in the Church financial operations and report to supervisor
Provide training to Church employees, volunteers, and leaders on financial policies, processes, and other operating procedures
Collaborate with Area Finance team, other department employees, and Church leaders to implement new changes to policies and procedures
Undertake any ad hoc projects when necessary
Bachelors Degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance or Business
Four years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or auditing. Candidates with less experience will also be considered
Required languages: Proficiency in Indonesia Bahasa and English
Demonstrated ability to gain up-to-date knowledge of international accounting standards
Be able to train and explain the approved Church financial policies, procedures, and the principles in the Churchs General Handbook of Instructions
Good communication skills (writing and speaking)
Very skilled using Microsoft Office Suite of applications, PCs, and networks
