We are growing hotel based on Jakarta and Balikpapan. We are looking talented candidate to fill several position in hotel.

Role Description

Maintain AR Aging for Corporate segment's and OTA's, posting all AR transaction into the system. create invoicing and Bank reconciliation, Maintain credit limit relate to the corporate, Maintain payment with cash basis, Maintain hotel cash flow, Journal Transaction to GL. Request payment to Head Office.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Debt Collection and Invoicing
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred min 1 Year in Hotel Industry
• For Balikpapan domicile only
