Accounting Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

The Accounting Assistant Manager will play a key role in managing the accounting processes for Gold Coin Indonesia's Bekasi Mill. This role is responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining the general ledger, and performing bank reconciliations to ensure efficient daily operations. Additionally, the Accounting Assistant Manager will participate in audit processes and contribute to developing accounting policies and procedures in line with industry standards, strengthening financial compliance and operational effectiveness. This position reports directly to the Mill Controller and is based in Bekasi.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily transactions, including managing accounts payable/receivable, the general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Establish accounting policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
• Participate in regular audits
• Create budget reports and revenue forecasts.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Organize financial data into accessible information and maintain up-to-date records.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as an Accounting.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly in MS Excel, with expertise in managing spreadsheets and utilizing advanced formulas.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Experience in KAP and Multinational manufacturing company would be a plus.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and regulations in Indonesia.
• Willing to be placed in Harapan Indah, Bekasi.
