Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establishes and enforces internal controls and guidelines for proper accounting methods, processes, policies, and principles.
- Responsible for the accounting of complex transactions associated with advanced accounting, including accuracy of journal entries verification and accounting classifications.
- Keeps up to date with accounting principle developments and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and manage accounting team.
- Set standards of excellence in Corporate Accounting's General Ledger work products, provide necessary training and hold staff accountable for adherence to accounting.
- Provide recommendations, improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Meet financial accounting objectives.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Preferably female.
- 6-8 years of related experience required.
- Have experience working in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is a must.
- Proficient in tax (having Brevet A and B is a plus).
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- International reporting standard: EBITDA, and contribution margin concept.
- Familiar with IFRS and PSAK rules.
