We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our construction company in Bali. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting within the construction industry and a deep understanding of Indonesian accounting regulations and tax laws.
Financial Management:- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and cost accounting.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and company policies.- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans.
Monitor project costs and profitability, ensuring alignment with budgets.Compliance and Audit:
Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws, accounting standards, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit tax filings, including VAT, corporate tax, and other relevant filings.
Liaise with external auditors during annual audits and ensure the timely completion of audit reports.Strategic Support:
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by the management team.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control.
Assist in the evaluation of financial performance of projects and make recommendations for cost savings.Team Management:
Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
ERP and Systems Management:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and ERP software.
Ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A masters degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with construction-specific software is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
