Modinity Group is looking for Accounting Specialist position. Our Accounting team is divided into 2 job scopes:
Account Receivable:
- Perform cash in reconciliation.
- Verify documents related to receivables.
- Record cash in transactions.
- Involve in preparing monthly closing related to receivables.
Account Payable:
- Manage and check PO.
- Perform bank reconciliation; AP aging.
- Organize all data & documents (filing all records of expenditure), reports, contracts, and information.
- Maintaining financial records, cash logs, and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- At least have 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Able to speak English is a MUST.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good understanding of the journal.
- Have attention to detail.
- Good teamwork.
- Willing to work from office (Jakarta Selatan).
