Prepare bank reconciliation , management reports and other accounts related matter
To handle basic accounts and accounting records, Account Payable and Account Receivables to ensure all accounts transactions are updated timely and accurately.
Supporting management and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting tasks.
Handle daily accounting transaction including data entry, purchasing, invoicing and payments.
To assist in any other tasks as and when required by the superior.
Filling of financial documentation.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Liaise with auditor on audit and tax preparations
Ensure proper maintenance of documentations and filing to support all accounting entries
Prepare Ageing Report & able to close financial accounts for year end
Familiar with MySQL Accounting Software is added advantage
Job Requirements
Have basic knowledge in accounting.
Preferably with some experience in related position
Must be good in Excel.
Able to communicate, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Great at time and task management.
Good communication skills.
Able to work under stressful situation and meet tight deadline.
Positive attitude and willing to learn.
Have own transportation preferred.
Good interpersonal skills, responsible, positive attitude with ability to multi-task and work independently.
Candidate possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification in Accountancy/Finance.
Minimum 1 years working experience in Accounting field.
