To perform daily accounts operations. Responsible for general accounting function such as handling account payable, accounts receivable duties and function including invoicing, payment, receipt, updating accounting record and others.- Prepare AR aging reports, and update collection status by monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed and other irregularities.
To check and ensure the bank entries record into system and tally to both the bank statement and manual cash book.
- To check and keep track of monthly expenses claims as per guideline set.
Preparation of monthly cash flow forecast and other financial reports- Perform monthly payroll and statutory contribution
Reconcile bank balance with Accounts payable cash book balance
- Liaison with both internal and external parties including auditor, tax agent, government bodies, etc.
Any other duties as and when assigned by Superior from time to time.
