Job Descriptions
Quality Control:
- Conduct reviews to ensure clear flow and navigation
- Conduct chatbot flow testings to ensure smoothness and alignment with the clients request
- Coordinate with activation team to clarify chatbot flows etc
- Manage chatbot onboarding survey for
- Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
- Maintain SLA & Accuracy for new / revision chatbot
Configuration
- Develop chatbot according to the clients request
- Conduct revisions towards chatbot to ensure chatbots quality.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a SaaS company
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Familiar with CRM tools
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
- Fast learner and independent
- Having good interpersonal and teamwork skill
