- What are you accountable for
Ensure
Reception & Registration procedure of patients for specialist clinics are executed in a professional manner
- Ensure Billing & Collection procedures are executed in a professional manner
Preparing bills
so that all charges are correctly and completely included for services rendered.hospital bills to patient, attend to enquiries
using established policies, SOP and guidelinesAccepting payments, issue official receipt and submit the collection to Accounts Department according to defined work instruction.
- Balance cashier report with daily collection, drop off daily collection into designated safe at the end of duty
Deliver front line services to meet and exceed customers needs and expectations
- What do you need to have for this role
Minimum SPM
.- 1 to 3 years of experience in
Hospital setting business office function
is an added advantage. Highly responsible & reliable
- Customer oriented and able to work independently.
Must be customer-service orientated and have excellent hospitality skill.Must be able to work during weekends (full day).

Pay: RM1,- 00 - RM2,500.00 per month
