- Processing incoming orders from Marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktok)
- Printing shipping labels and delivery notes
- Entering and archiving sales invoices
- Handling outstanding payment data
- Monitoring stock in the system
- Female, Max. 28 years old
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as an admin
- Honest, meticulous, responsible, active, and communicative
- Willingness to learn and high initiative
- Proficient in computer skills (Ms. Office/Spreadsheet)
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to handle marketplaces and operate accounting software is a plus
