Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist the account or operation department with data entry, daily reports, and keeping records.
  • Ensure accounts run smoothly and meet deadlines.
  • Handle general administrative duties.
  • Take on additional tasks or projects to enhance understanding of office operations and maintain updated daily reports.
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, validity, and timeliness in reporting.

Job Requirements

  • At least a diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferably proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work hard and handle pressure.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
