Manage all assigned online stores activities. i.e. upload products, set product prices, handle customers inquiries and chat
Manage all the features in the e-commerce marketplaces, such as store vouchers, store flash sales, store feeds, broadcast features and so on
Create and carry out promotions to increase sales and sales conversions
Create and carry out advertising plans in the marketplace and maximize ROI
Increase product exposures, page views and convention rate
Analyze and provide the reports on metrics such as daily/weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and competitor research in a timely manner
Manage and monitor the delivery process and after sales follow up on assigned accounts
Requirements
Maximum aged 25 years old
Bachelor's Degree Holder from all major are welcome to apply
Have high interest on e-commerce and possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks
Have at least 1 year of e-commerce operations/ e-commerce specialist experience in Brand or similar roles would be preferred
Have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
Target oriented, Detail oriented, well organized and have a willing to learn attitude
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
Have good command in English
Proficient with Excel
Will be located at Sedayu City (near with Kelapa Gading)
