Job Desc

  • Managing & monitoring budget; start from reviewing requests, budget controller, invoice/GRN/accrual things
  • Will have communication with Procurement, FP&A, Finance, Project Owner, and Vendor

Requirements

  • Min. Education S1 anymajor
  • Data savvy & proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel's formulas and powerpoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload
  • Ability to work under pressure and within fixed time constraints
  • Clear, concise, and logical verbal and written communication skills
  • Has administrative experience
