Job Description

  • To prepare partial or full sets of financial and administrative reports.

  • To handle office administration and purchasing duties.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting reports; including input transaction and analysis.

  • Prepare monthly reconciliation of bank statements.

  • Assist and support immediate superior for daily company operation

  • Handle HR matters (staff attendance, leave/ medical or other claims)

  • Create bill, make invoices and receive payments.

  • Keep the files up to date.

    Working hours:


    Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00; Actual working hour is 8 hours per day (1-hour break)

    Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
