- To prepare partial or full sets of financial and administrative reports.
- To handle office administration and purchasing duties.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting reports; including input transaction and analysis.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation of bank statements.
- Assist and support immediate superior for daily company operation
- Handle HR matters (staff attendance, leave/ medical or other claims)
- Create bill, make invoices and receive payments.
- Keep the files up to date.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00; Actual working hour is 8 hours per day (1-hour break)
